Civil Engineer: (1 – Staff)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Look for job opportunities through routine checks in different print and electronic media and maintain a network of potential clients.
  • Utilize modeling and design software for project planning and preparation of bidding documents/proposals.
  • Review technical submissions, write reports, and manage project budgets.
  • Liaise with various bodies and individuals, including local authorities, government agencies, clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, technical experts, and consultants.
  • Stay updated on water and environmental matters and policy developments.
  • Monitor project progress from bidding through procurement to commissioning.
  • Maintain and expand the portfolio of clients by developing professional relationships.
  • Manage project management and planning for sites, including site setting, staffing, budgets, and safety.
  • Oversee work done on-site, including planning, designing, scheduling, managing construction crews, and ensuring compliance.
  • Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.
  • Conduct site inspections, record and control construction quality.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized University/Institution.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a water Engineer.
  • Relevant working experience of 3 (three) years as a Project & Cost Accountant, or in a similar position, in a large and reputable organization, preferably a vibrant commercial organization, or a civil works Company, or an Investment Company.

Human Resource Officer. (1-Staff)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and ensure successful implementation of strategies aimed at maintaining high morale and motivation among employees.
  • Coordinate performance management by ensuring timely reviews and consolidation of performance reports.
  • Participate in talent attraction, retention, and exit management.
  • Manage staff welfare and motivation, including reward programs.
  • Promote a healthy and safe working environment.

Other Delegated Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
  • Advise the finance team on the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts.
  • Review and approve supplier invoices related to a project.
  • Review and approve staff time sheets for work related to a project.
  • Review and recommend for approval overhead charges to be applied to a project.
  • Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management.
  • Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects.
  • Close out project accounts upon project completion.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field from a recognized University.
  • PGD Diploma in Human Resource Management as an added advantage.
  • Three (3) years of experience as HRO or similar position from a reputable public or private organization.
  • Registration with a professional body shall be an added advantage.

Drivers (4-Staffs) and Motor Bike Rider (01-Staff)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive allocated vehicles to approved destinations.
  • Detect mechanical faults and report them to the designated Officer for appropriate action.
  • Prepare fuel requisitions and ensure fuel consumption is in line with approved mileage and records.
  • Record vehicle movements and usage systematically in provided log sheets.
  • Keep allocated vehicles clean to uphold the Company’s image.
  • Monitor timing for servicing and maintenance and draw attention to the transport officer as necessary.
  • Report all incidents to the Officer in charge of transport and police when necessary.
  • Perform preventive mechanical maintenance with practical skills in general car servicing and technical troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • Ordinary Level (“O Level” Certificate of Education from a recognized Institution.
  • A clean driving record; Above 3-years experience with a valid driving License of Class – C and with Defensive Driving Certificate (Accredited), or 10 years + experience as for Trucks (03-Staffse) and 01 Driver for  Class – B with above 03 years + experience as a minimum, driving manual transmission vehicles (01-Staff)
  • A clean riding record; Above 3-years experience with a valid riding License of Class A1 / A .

Procurement Officer (01 Staff)

Job Brief: We’re seeking a highly organized Procurement Officer to oversee our procurement process and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and supplier selection processes.
  • Identify potential suppliers, conduct evaluations, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance to ensure compliance with agreements and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and vendor information.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing costs.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Coordinate transportation requirements and ensure fleet management system implementation.
  • Maintain communication with project clients, stakeholders, and internal departments.
  • Coordinate logistics functions with management teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience in an Engineering Firm.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
